A nostalgic pet-friendly stay

The staff welcomed my dog with open arms. I slept surprisingly well despite the room's small size.

Had excellent stay for a vacation, the staff were outstandingly accommodating, location was marvellous on a previous trip everything was fine. Liked the room, it was newly renovated and a nice size with 2 queen beds.

Thank you for a really great stay. The location is great and absolutely perfect, 1 mile from Elkin City Park. The hotel is in downtown area, really close to downtown, and restaurants.

I found the staff to be very nice and appreciated the proximity to tasty restaurants, with one just less than a 5-minute walk away, making my stay convenient for strolling and exploring the area, and the nearby Elkin City Park was a good spot for a refreshing walk in nature that I enjoyed thoroughly.

The Elk Inn Motel was comfortable and served our needs perfectly. The room had a nice layout with enough space for our family of seven and two dogs. The staff was friendly.

The Elk Inn is clean, friendly, and has that charming sleepy vibe. I loved the strong air conditioning that kept my room cool and comfy. Plus, it's the perfect spot for a quick layover close to tasty local bites like El Ahorro Mexican Cuisine, just a stone's throw away!

While everything shines, the bathroom could use some serious TLC in the tile department, and I spotted a few critters-nothing major, but still a reminder that it's an older hotel!

Perfect little escape

I ended up here for a night and it was surprisingly nice! The room was cozy and clean, got a great night's sleep, rare in motels! The owners were super helpful, even made us coffee in the morning. Just wish the WiFi was a bit better for streaming. Still, it was a lovely stay overall.

The room was pretty cozy and clean, a nice surprise. The physical layout was cool and reminded me of simpler times. Location was awesome, just a quick walk to restaurants. But there were some issues like lights not working and a bit of wear and tear on the walls. I slept well, better than I usually do in motels.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I stayed for one night and appreciated the clean sheets and bathroom. I encountered a noisy refrigerator and some cleanliness issues in the bathroom. Check for bug issues before settling in.

I recently stayed for 3 nights and was really impressed by how clean the room was and the strong air conditioning that kept everything comfortable. However, the bathroom could use some updates as it seemed a bit older, but overall, it met our needs for a quick trip! I'd definitely come back if needed.

I had an excellent stay for a vacation. The location was good and comfortable. Everything exceeded high expectations. It was near Elkin, Jonesville, festivals, restaurants, and downtown.
